What is Critical Path Analysis?

The longest distance between the start and finish of your project, including all the tasks and their duration, which gives a clear picture of the project’s actual schedule. Which tasks are independent or dependent, and which tasks depend on which other tasks are part of this analysis.

Basic Steps:

  1. Tasks: List all the tasks needed to complete the project.

  2. Duration: Note the duration of those tasks.

  3. Dependencies: Include task dependencies

  4. Deliverables: Note milestones. List Deliverables.
